Moving beyond the clichés of inclusion
The primary challenge was to establish a brand voice that felt professional enough for CEOs while remaining deeply nurturing for candidates. Most neurodiversity-related branding relies on "puzzle pieces" or "rainbows" that often feel infantilizing. Consultea required a sophisticated identity that positioned neurodiversity as an unique feature, not a challenge.


Communicating kindness, growth and diversity
The visual strategy is built on three pillars: Connection, Integration, and Growth. To manage the brand’s two distinct audiences, I introduced a dual-tone color scheme: vibrant orange for candidate-facing content to inspire ownership and pride, and a deep corporate blue for business-side communication. The selected brand icon is a geometric sunflower, which is recognized as a global symbol for hidden disabilities.
