FSSD Advogados is a law firm founded by four accomplished partners, each specializing in a distinct legal field. The firm required a brand identity to represent all of its strength as a group, and a tone of voice that focused on its client's needs.

Collective expertise as a branding resource

The central challenge was to move away from the ego-driven branding typical of many law firms, focusing instead on the power of the collective. We emphasize that while each partner brings a unique specialization, their true value lies in their unity. This resulted in a visual system grounded in strategic problem-solving and a commitment to addressing complex client needs.

Color, symbols, composition, and contrast

The design logic centers on the "group of four," utilizing motifs like the interlocked four-circle symbol and a four-dot signature above the horizontal logo. The system pairs these geometric symbols with classic serif typefaces and high-contrast color palettes, with good readibility across print and web assets.

Carrying the brand along on a daily basis

To bring the brand into the physical world, I proposed a suite of assets including tie textures and custom enamel pins. These pieces allow the partners to wear the "power of four" as a symbol wherever they go. This move was interesting to bring the brand out of the paper and the screens, and give it form in real world.
